“Belintersat” ( is the name of the National System of Satellite Communication and Broadcast of the Republic of Belarus, which is being created at the moment. It is the largest project of high innovative, economic, social and political importance, implemented by the country in the field of telecommunications.
Works on the system creation began in the middle of 2013, when decisions were taken to organize the geostationary satellite manufacturing in China and the Ground Control Station construction in the country’s own territory.
The BELINTERSAT-1 satellite was launched on January 16, 2016 from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center (People's Republic of China). It is placed at the orbital position 51.5 ° east and is expected to provide a full range of advanced satellite services in Europe, Africa and Asia for the next 15 years.

“Belinter Media” is the exclusive distributor of the BELINTERSAT-1 satellite capacity.

“RR Media” ( was founded in Israel back in 1981 mainly as a communications provider. Now the company is a partner of the world’s leading media players, thus creating the richest media and entertainment content. “RR Media”’s digital media services maximize its potential, covering the following main areas: smart global content distribution network with an optimized combination of satellite, fiber and the internet; content management and playout; sports, news & live events; and online video services. Now the company fully manages 200 channels and provides scalable digital media services to more than 1,000 channels. On a daily basis “RR Media” also distributes over 350 hours of live events and delivers content to 95% of the world’s population, thus reaching viewers of multiplatform operators, over 100 VOD platforms, online video and DTH services.

“Spacecom” (TASE: SCC) ( is a leading global fixed satellites operator, operating the advanced AMOS satellite fleet, currently consisting of four satellites and more to come in the next two years. Publicly traded at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the company's controlling shareholder is “Eurocom”, the largest privately owned communication group in Israel. AMOS-1, the first satellite operated by Spacecom, was launched in 1996 and provided geostationary services until 2008. Now “Spacecom” is currently evaluating new international satellite ventures. With several satellites planned in the next 3 years, the company will only strengthen its global satellite operator position.
“Spacecom” provides broadcasting and communications services to DTH operators, TV broadcasters and programmers, government and corporate organizations, and VSAT network operators. Its value-added services include video, audio and data distribution, broadband Internet via satellite, GSM backhaul, uplink services and end-to-end tailored solutions. The company has developed a Hybrid satellite/terrestrial broadband service that uses satellite for the downlink and terrestrial technology for the return link. It is catered to local telecom operators and enables them to meet market demand for high quality and cost-effective broadband services. “Spacecom”’s partners include a variety of leading broadcasters and service providers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

“Azercosmos” ( is fully owned by the government of the Azerbaijan Republic. The company was established in 2010 and launched the first-ever satellite of Azerbaijan (Azerspace-1) on February 8, 2013. Now it provides highly reliable satellite-based communication services for DTH, voice, video, data and mobility applications. Millions of viewers enjoy an access to information and communications services worldwide due to an advanced design and flexible switching capabilities of Azerspace-1. Due to its high-skilled staff and advanced technical capacity, “Azercosmos” has become one of the driving forces of the information and communications sector despite the short period since its inception.
